APC Chairman

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Yilwatda Nentawe, has expressed confidence that the party will win Saturday’s Osun State governorship election.

Nentawe made the declaration in a statement posted on his X handle on Thursday while reflecting on the APC’s mega rally held in support of its governorship candidate.

The APC chairman described the rally as a strong demonstration of the party’s growing support in the state, saying the turnout and enthusiasm of party members reinforced his belief that the APC is well positioned to secure victory at the polls.

He commended party leaders, members and supporters who participated in the rally, noting that their mobilisation reflected the determination of the APC to win the election.

Nentawe urged party supporters to remain united and focused as the election approaches, stressing the importance of translating the momentum generated during the campaign into votes on Saturday.

The APC is seeking to take control of Osun State as voters prepare to elect a governor for the next administration.

The election has generated significant political activity, with major parties intensifying their campaigns and seeking to consolidate support across the state.

Nentawe’s confidence comes as the APC concludes its final preparations for the poll, with the party expected to deploy its structures and supporters across the state on election day.
