Governor Hope Uzodimma has appointed 16 directors to lead key directorates of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), in a move aimed at strengthening the organisation’s structure and improving its operational effectiveness ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The announcement was made in a press statement issued on April 17 by RHA’s Director of Media and Publicity, Tunde Rahman.
The RHA, designed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in November 2025, serves as a strategic platform to promote and communicate the policies and achievements of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda across the country.
Uzodimma, who doubles as the Director General and National Coordinator of the RHA, said the appointments were part of efforts to reposition the organisation for effective grassroots engagement and national outreach.
The newly appointed directors will head 16 specialised directorates covering critical areas such as youth mobilisation, media, digital communication, finance, legal compliance, intelligence, planning, and diaspora engagement.
Key appointments include Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi as Director of Youth, Chief Olisa Metuh for Organisation and Mobilisation, and Tunde Rahman for Media and Publicity. Others are Mr. Sunday Dare, who will oversee Digital and New Media; Mele Kolo Geidam as Finance Director; and Muiz Banire (SAN), in charge of Monitoring, Compliance and Legal.
Additional appointments include Bisoye Coker-Odusote for Technology and Data, Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar for Support Groups, and Ibrahim Garba for Intelligence. Senator Sani Musa will head Special Duties, while Hon. Simon Karu takes charge of Planning.
The list also features Dr. Halima Suleiman Zakari as Director of Welfare, Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri for Administration, Bilikisu Muhammed Kaika for Women Affairs, Abike Dabiri for Diaspora, and Hadiza Bala Usman as Director of Research and Innovation.
The RHA leadership structure also includes Governor Uba Sani as Deputy Director General, Governor Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya as Secretary, and Hon. James Abiodun Faleke as Deputy Secretary.
To deepen its nationwide reach, the organisation operates through six zonal coordinators, 37 state coordinators, and 774 local government coordinators.
The latest appointments are expected to enhance coordination within the RHA and strengthen its mandate of delivering the administration’s message to Nigerians at all levels.
