Four Nigerian music superstars Davido, Burna Boy, Rema and Ayra Starr have been selected to feature on the official soundtrack album for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, marking another milestone for the global rise of Afrobeats.

FIFA unveiled the star-studded album ahead of the tournament scheduled to be hosted jointly by the United States, Canada and Mexico. The project brings together leading artists from different parts of the world in a celebration of football, culture and music.

Burna Boy joins Colombian music icon Shakira on Dai Dai, one of the flagship songs expected to receive significant global attention during the tournament.
