President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has directed security agencies to intensify operations in Kaduna State following a recent attack that left several residents dead and others injured, vowing that perpetrators will be brought to justice.

The President, in a directive issued on Tuesday, condemned the attack as senseless and ordered a coordinated response involving the military, police, and intelligence services to restore calm and prevent further violence in the affected communities.

He instructed security chiefs to deploy additional personnel and resources to the area, enhance intelligence gathering, and carry out sustained operations aimed at dismantling criminal networks responsible for the attack.

According to the Presidency, the directive is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen national security and protect lives and property across the country, particularly in regions prone to banditry and communal violence.

Tinubu also called on local authorities and community leaders to support security agencies with credible information that could aid investigations and help forestall future attacks.

He assured residents of Kaduna and neighbouring states that his administration remains committed to tackling insecurity through decisive action, improved coordination, and enhanced welfare for security personnel.

While expressing sympathy to families of victims, the President reiterated that the government would not relent until peace is fully restored, urging citizens to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
