Sean Diddy

Convicted American rapper, Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, has reportedly been placed in solitary confinement following an alleged altercation with another inmate at a federal prison in New Jersey.

The music executive was said to have been involved in a physical confrontation with a fellow inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix earlier this week.

According to reports, the incident began after the inmate allegedly made insulting remarks toward Diddy, leading to a heated exchange that later escalated into a fight.

Prison officials reportedly intervened and separated both inmates before moving Diddy to solitary confinement as a precautionary measure.

A report by TMZ stated that the rapper could face disciplinary action if prison authorities determine that he violated correctional facility rules.

The outcome of the investigation will reportedly determine whether further penalties will be imposed on the entertainer.

Diddy, who was convicted in a federal case, is currently serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security federal correctional facility in New Jersey.

The latest development adds to the legal challenges surrounding the rapper, whose criminal trial attracted widespread attention in the United States and beyond.

Prison authorities have not publicly released details about the alleged confrontation or confirmed the disciplinary measures being considered against him.
