Chairman of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, has offered automatic employment to 30 outstanding students of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), in a move aimed at strengthening youth empowerment and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
The beneficiaries were selected based on academic excellence and performance during a recent engagement programme involving the company and the institution.
Dangote said the decision reflects the group’s commitment to investing in young Nigerian talent, particularly in science, technology, and engineering fields that are vital to industrial growth.
