platform, HoneyTreat

HoneyTreat Global Services Limited has launched a new digital transportation platform, Sur-DriveHT, designed to improve road safety, reduce transport inefficiencies and make mobility smarter for drivers, riders, businesses and fleet operators across Nigeria.

The platform was unveiled alongside QwikCare, a digital healthcare platform, at an event held at the Radisson Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, with the theme, “Beyond the Challenges, Technology Leads the Way.”

Speaking at the launch, the Chief Executive Officer of HoneyTreat Global Services Limited, Samson Soyebi, said Sur-DriveHT was developed in response to persistent challenges confronting Nigeria’s transportation system, particularly road crashes, congestion and inefficiencies.

“Our roads carry nearly all our movement and most of our frustration. Congestion steals productive hours. Accidents steal lives. Inefficiency steals opportunity,” Soyebi said.

He explained that Sur-DriveHT was designed to make transportation safer, smarter and more efficient by using technology to connect individuals, businesses and fleet operators.

According to him, the platform would provide a digital ecosystem aimed at improving the reliability and convenience of transportation services while supporting safer mobility.

Soyebi said the technology would be particularly useful to businesses and fleet operators seeking better ways to manage transportation operations and improve efficiency.

The launch attracted stakeholders from the transport, healthcare and technology sectors, who examined how digital solutions could be deployed to address some of the challenges affecting service delivery in Nigeria.

While Sur-DriveHT focuses on transportation, the company’s second platform, QwikCare, is designed to improve access to healthcare services by connecting users with healthcare providers through a single digital platform.

Project Director of HoneyTreat Global Services Limited, Mojeed Oladuntoye, said both platforms were developed with data protection and user privacy in mind.

He said Sur-DriveHT represents the company’s effort to apply technology to everyday transportation challenges and contribute to a safer and more efficient mobility system in Nigeria.
