Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have assured supporters and football lovers of adequate security and safety arrangements ahead of their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) fixture against Niger Tornadoes.

The Ibadan-based club gave the assurance on Thursday as part of preparations for the match, stressing that comprehensive measures have been put in place to guarantee a peaceful and hitch-free encounter for fans, players, and match officials.

According to the club, security agencies have been fully briefed and will be deployed in and around the stadium to maintain order before, during, and after the game. Stewards and safety officers will also be on duty to ensure proper crowd control and compliance with league regulations.

3SC management noted that the safety of supporters remains a top priority, especially following recent concerns about crowd behaviour at league venues. The club urged fans to conduct themselves responsibly and adhere strictly to stadium rules to help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

“We want our supporters to come out in large numbers and enjoy the match without fear. All necessary arrangements have been made to ensure their safety,” the club said in a statement.
