China has declared that it cannot accept any country positioning itself as a global judge or acting as the world’s policeman, stressing the need for respect for sovereignty and equality among nations.
The position was stated by Chinese officials in response to growing international tensions and unilateral actions in global affairs. Beijing said no single country has the authority to impose its will or standards on others under the guise of maintaining global order.
According to China, international relations should be guided by mutual respect, non-interference in internal affairs, and adherence to international law rather than power politics. The government warned that attempts by any nation to dominate global decision-making undermine stability and fuel conflict.
Chinese authorities also called for a more balanced and multipolar world order, where disputes are resolved through dialogue, diplomacy, and multilateral institutions. They emphasized that global challenges require collective solutions, not unilateral enforcement.
The statement reinforces China’s long-standing opposition to hegemonic practices and its advocacy for a rules-based international system that treats all countries, regardless of size or influence, as equals.
