*NGF Condemns Deadly Attacks in Benue State, Stands in Solidarity with Victims*

The Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF) has strongly condemned the recent violent attacks in Yelewata and Daudu communities in Benue State's Guma Local Government Area, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries. In a statement issued on June 16, NGF Chairman and Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq expressed deep sorrow over the attacks, describing them as a "grievous affront to human dignity."

The NGF reaffirmed its solidarity with the people and government of Benue State, praying for the peaceful repose of the departed souls, divine comfort for grieving families, and speedy recovery for the injured. The forum stands in unwavering solidarity with the bereaved families and the state government during this time of profound sorrow.
