*NANS Denounces, "faceless" strike. Commends Government on Student Loan Initiative, 

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has expressed its profound appreciation to the government for the full commencement of the disbursement of the NELFUND students loan. This initiative, which has been streamlined to promote transparency and efficiency, is a testament to the government's commitment to supporting education and ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder academic pursuits.

NANS has urged all Nigerian students to focus on their academic activities, emphasizing that education is their greatest asset. The association has also called on parents to play an active role in guiding and monitoring their children, ensuring they remain focused on their academic goals and refrain from participating in any protest that might jeopardize their future.

Furthermore, NANS has set up a coordinating, monitoring, and intelligence gathering (CMIG) team to identify and blacklist individuals attempting to infiltrate campuses and mobilize students for disruptive protests. The association will embark on a zonal sensitization tour to engage with students and inaugurate the CMIG, which will report directly to the NANS national headquarters.

NANS remains dedicated to advocating for the welfare and interests of Nigerian students, engaging with the government and other stakeholders to find lasting solutions to the challenges they face. Together, they can build a brighter future for themselves and for Nigeria.
