FG declares state of emergency on Suleja-Minna road construction
The Federal Government of Nigeria has declared a state of emergency on the Suleja-Minna road construction project due to its deplorable condition. Minister of Works, David Umahi, announced this on June 29, 2025, after inspecting the road and discussing concerns with Niger State Governor Mohammed Bago and President Bola Tinubu .
