. Oyo APC : Still Divided

if anything at all, the recent visit of some members of the APC Oyo state to the National chairman in Abuja has exposed there is still a division. And here is why ? No one knew how and when the decision was made to visit the APC Chairman. Secondly, many notable leaders and very key stakeholders in Oyo APC were left completely in the dark. They were neither informed nor invited. “Adelabu is the new Folarin. He thinks he can do it alone. Folarin alienated some key stakeholders and used his clout as a serving senator and closeness to the APC headquarters to fight and shun key stakeholders” said the editor of a South west newspaper. The moves by Adelabu who spends Morka time on his gubernatorial ambition than is Ministerial assignment may come unstuck because Oyo will it yield to just anybody again because they are from ibadan. Any United APC in Oyo must recognize former deputy Governors. Former Ministers. Former Law makers. And those that have held top political appointments at the federal level. Right now unity is not in oyo APC.
