GOVERNOR MUTFWANG CELEBRATES MRS STELLA DIN JACOB'S APPOINTMENT AS EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF TVC

Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang has extended his heartwarm felicitations to Mrs. Stella Din Jacob on her appointment by TVC Communications as Editor-in-Chief.
