21-year-old Nigerian midfielder, Christantus Ugonna Uche, has joined Spanish top club Getafe FC from AD CEUTA FC in the Primera División RFEF – a thirddivision club in Spain football.
21-year-old Nigerian midfielder, Christantus Ugonna Uche, has joined Spanish top club Getafe FC from AD CEUTA FC in the Primera División RFEF – a thirddivision club in Spain football.
The Owerri-born midfielder has signed a four-year contract that will end on 30th June 2028.
Uche, who was reportedly rated as one of the best players in the division, was part of the Nigeria U23 team that failed to qualify for the AFCON. He left Nigeria two years ago.
Reacting on his Instagram, Uche said, "This club will never leave my heart. I love them all, including the coaches, management, and players, especially the fans. They are incredible, and I really appreciate everything they have given me. I love them all, they will always be in my heart."
